All my activities celebrate our spiritual reality. Many years of practice and research have shown me that health and creativity are issues of the soul.
Walking in beauty
Children of the Diné (Navajo) people of the south western United States are taught to see with the eye of the heart – through the superficial ‘Glittering World’ – to the spiritual reality of everything in the universe as Beauty. Hence the chant: ‘Beauty before me, Beauty behind me, Beauty above me, Beauty below me, Beauty all around me; I walk in Beauty’ is at once a song, a prayer, an awareness, a way of being as well as something to aim for.
